Our Care

From 30 minute appointments to 24 hours a day, we aim to create a person centred care plan to meet exact needs and to maintain independence and dignity. By focusing on needs by means of assessment we are able to offer a service that is individual and tailored to fit lifestyle, needs and comfort. All staff employed at Absolute Care will have had a Criminal Record Check (DBS) and 2 references.

Staff training includes, Common Induction, Moving & Handling, Infection Control, Health & Safety, Medication Administration and POVA (Protection of Vulnerable Adults). There are many other training sessions that may need to be installed and these will be included for the pathway of employment. (As an example, Dementia Awareness, Mental Health, Challenging Behaviour)

We are flexible, reliable and trustworthy. We welcome all enquiries from family and friends who may be able to assist with the development of the care plan. A senior member of staff will visit to discuss any care package on offer.

Absolute Care operates a bespoke electronic system for passing important information about the person and their care needs. The staff then enter their visit logs into the system which allows the care manager instant access in case any action is required to ensure the best levels of care. These logs can be emailed to authorised people on a weekly basis to keep them updated. This also helps feed into the individually tailored care plans.

A person centred care plan will be created and regularly reviewed and updated on a monthly basis or more if circumstance should change.
